Rodrigo Gonzalez, MBA
CEO & MANAGING PARTNER
Rodrigo is the executive and strategic head of DEODATE. For nearly two decades, he has led corporate real estate engagements for mid-cap companies, Fortune 500 firms, and some of the best known public and quasi-public agencies in California. Under his leadership, DEODATE has grown to service clients across the nation, Canada, Asia, Europe, and Central America.
He is also a Member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Fellow of the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) Next Generation Private Equity Firm Program, member of Real Estate Executives Forum (REEF), and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Committee on Housing. Rodrigo is past member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Los Angeles Chapter Technical Assistance Panel and Urban Marketplace committees, CoreNet Global Association of Corporate Real Estate, and ICSC. Rodrigo is a two-time nominee for Brokerage Executive of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Symposium and Awards, a 2023 GobleSt.com Retail Influencer, and a 2023 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Nominee (LABJ). Rodrigo is past industry advisor to the Pepperdine University's Real Estate Institute's E2B program.
Rodrigo received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Pepperdine University School of Business & Management and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of California, Irvine and has completed coursework in Real Estate Private Equity Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and is a State of California Corporate Real Estate Broker. Rodrigo is a member of the Young Presidents Organization - YPO.
Diana Gonzalez, J.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Diana is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for DEODATE Strategies and Non-Profit Group, where she oversees the operations, development, and brand support for corporate clients as well as national non-profit organizations in education, youth empowerment, religious and social services. Formerly, Diana was the executive director for the Catholic Association of Latino Leaders (CALL), senior advisor for national non-profit Great Minds in STEM, and Director of Paid Programming at NBC/Universal KWHY. Diana holds a Juris Doctorate in international law from Loyola Marymount University and completed her undergraduate degree and certificate training from UC Irvine and UCLA respectively.
Josh Drew
Sr. Vice President, Hospitality Strategy
Josh brings a rich tapestry of experience, shaped by a career spanning almost 25 years in the food service and hospitality industry. Josh's journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep understanding of industry nuances. His transition from hands-on culinary roles to strategic development began with consulting work at Sprout LA, and flourished during his tenure as VP of Restaurant Development at Tartine Group. There, he honed his skills in site evaluation, project management, and construction administration. At DEODATE, Josh leverages this wealth of experience to forge strategic partnerships, while ensuring that each project benefits from his comprehensive expertise and innovative vision.
Michael Guzman
Sr. Associate
Michael earned his degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount and completed an impressive internship at DEODATE. Michael was subsequently brought onto the DEODATE team as an Associate and leverages strong, forward-thinking data analysis skills to best serve our clients. Community service has played a large role in Michael’s life, demonstrated by his years of volunteer work with the Los Angeles chapter of the Order of Malta, working as an Assistant Coach with the non-profit, America’s Healthy Kids, and being an active member of the L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience) Team during his time at St. Francis High School in La Canada, California.
Javier Lemarroy Mendoza
Sr. Consultant, RE Strategy - LATAM
With over a decade of experience in industrial and operational real estate, Javier Lemarroy Mendoza brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Senior Consultant at DEODATE Mexico/LATAM. He will be pivotal in evaluating nearshoring opportunities for American, European, and Asian corporations considering Mexico, and will also support Mexican corporations and developers with U.S. portfolio asset strategies, real estate strategy, site selection, credit tenant acquisition, and capital markets. Javier’s impressive background includes a role as General Director of the Association of Industrial Parks-Jalisco, where he spearheaded initiatives in economic development and manufacturing. A graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey with a focus on International Relations and Management Consulting, he also holds certifications in international consulting and has significant experience in public sector development.
Max Esquivel
Associate, Commercial RE Group
As an associate in DEODATE's Commercial Real Estate Group, Max conducts market research and data-backed analysis that helps our clients make informed, forward-thinking decisions around their portfolios. Now in his second year with our company, Max completed an internship at DEODATE while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Minor in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California. During his time at USC, Max was a member of the USC Latino Business Students Association and graduated from the American Realty Advisors’ (ARA) “Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders” student program where he gained hands-on experience in corporate acquisitions and asset management.
Mauricio Nuñez, MBA
SVP, Consulting & Transactional Services
Mauricio is DEODATE's SVP of Consulting and Transactional Services with over $2B+ in project experience across hundreds of consulting engagements for clients across America, Mexico, and Europe, Mauricio has advised small to mid-cap and Fortune 500 clients in real estate strategy across dozens of international MSAs. His expertise touches multiple asset classes and industry-specific facility portfolios. Mauricio is a part of DEODATE's executive committee and oversees debt and structured finance, construction management, and transactional divisions. Mauricio completed his graduate studies at Pepperdine University and has obtained certificates in Private Equity Finance from the Wharton School of Business.. Mauricio is a CA BRE Licensed salesperson.

Tony June is the VP, Consulting & Transactional Services at DEODATE and offers strategic support to public entities, corporate developers, and Fortune 500 companies. With expertise in investment analysis, real estate project management and portfolio optimization strategies, Tony helps deliver data-driven corporate real estate investment insights across multiple industries and geographies. Tony's leadership was exemplified through his distinguished10 year career in the US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program, where he specialized as a systems inspector. Tony earned an MS in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and an MS in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Southern California.
Rami Chehabi, MBA
Associate VP, Commercial RE Group
Rami brings over a decade of expertise in land acquisition, market analysis, and project management to DEODATE. With a proven track record of securing high-value property deals and optimizing real estate portfolios, Rami leverages strategic insights to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions. His previous roles at TRI Pointe Homes and Richmond American Homes saw him managing large-scale land acquisitions, driving financial performance, and negotiating complex deals. Rami received his B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Texas at Austin, and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.

Senior Associate Forrest Spoon-Sadlon brings a wealth of knowledge in business analysis, portfolio optimization, and financial expertise to our team and clients alike. Forrest applies creative, custom-tailored, data-backed strategies toward maximizing the value of our clients’ CRE portfolios. As a graduate of Loyola Marymount’s Business Management MS Program and holder of a BA in Psychology and Sociology, Forrest consults with and advises c-suite leaders on a number of strategic efforts that align with ambitious growth initiatives, as well as with DEODATE’s core values.
Elias Rodriguez
VP & Chief of Staff - CM/PM Lead
Elias Rodriguez is VP and Chief of Staff at DEODATE, working on corporate real estate engagements for Fortune 500s and regional holders of real estate portfolios. Elias, oversees DEODATES Construction, Project and Program Management Practice and is active on engagements in the US and Mexico. As Cheif of Staff, Elias is in charge of project execution and delivery for our roster of consulting engagements. Elias is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and a licensed State of California Real Estate Agent. He is an active supporter of the Ketchum Downtown Los Angeles YMCA.
Greg Koselke
VP , Construction Mgmt. Practice Lead
As VP and Practice Leader for Construction Management, Greg works to ensure construction project success for every DEODATE client. Greg brings more than 15 years of navigating construction project complexities and prioritizes honest collaboration with our clients from the earliest planning phases through execution. Greg’s approach also includes the use of cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices that give our clients peace of mind that their projects will be completed on time, within budget, and at the highest possible quality. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
Steve Yetemian
Sr. Consultant, Construction Management
As a Sr. Consultant in Construction Management, Steve provides DEODATE clients with operational excellence in budget management, negotiation, constructibility, and contractor and contract management. Steve has more than 20 years providing cost analysis, benchmarking studies, and value engineering for clients in healthcare, life sciences, industrial, hospitality, education, and retail markets across the US. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Cal State Polytechnic, and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from Cal State.
Noel Wurst has helped lead content strategy, corporate communications, and public relations at high-growth startups and leading software development organizations in the tech industry for the last 10 years. While Noel’s primary focus has been on helping businesses closely connect with their customers, employees, and the industry they serve, he also has a deep interest in building diverse and inclusive workplace cultures and has served on DEI and global ESG committees to help scale these initiatives. Noel holds an English degree from the College of Charleston.

Patricio is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering at Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, expected to graduate June 2027. He supports the Project Team by leveraging his skills in research, data analysis and process optimization. Patricio has a strong background in community service and team leadership, having served as a youth mentor and volunteer in different initiatives. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to his professional work, Patricio is dedicated to his educational pursuit, seeking to enhance his knowledge and skills. Outside of his academic and professional commitments, he enjoys engaging in Golf, Soccer and Music.
Mariano Gonzalez, III
Project Support Team
Mariano has supported DEODATE project teams since 2019 and is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from Azusa Pacific University. Mariano is currently aiding site selection studies for DEODATE clients by conducting thorough research and building analytical databases. Mariano is also leveraging AI and APIs to automate business processes that drive increased productivity and greater operational efficiency. In his educational pursuits, he has also been an active member of the Saint Francis Life Team and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
