The new team members, Greg Koselke and Steve Yetemian, are set to bolster the firm's longstanding commitment to delivering expert, comprehensive construction management services.
As the Vice President and Practice Leader for Construction Management, Greg Koselke brings over 15 years of experience in helping clients navigate the complexities of construction projects. With a bachelor’s degree in building construction management from Purdue University, Greg prioritizes maintaining seamless collaboration and leveraging cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices for his clients. His leadership is expected to further enhance DEODATE’s ability to ensure that every construction project meets the highest standards of time, budget, and quality for landlords and tenants alike.
Steve Yetemian will join as DEODATE’s Sr. Consultant in Construction Management. Steve brings more than 20 years of expertise in providing cost analysis, benchmarking studies, and value engineering across a wide array of markets including healthcare, life sciences, and education. With degrees in construction engineering from Cal State Polytechnic and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from Cal State, Steve's extensive experience is set to provide our clients with unparalleled insight and innovative solutions.
